Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to return items.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return Costs

For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies to incorrect items, damage during delivery, or product faults.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This includes wrong item ordered, sizing issues, or a change of preference. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email info@atelizefashion.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags, documents, and extras included.
Send it Back: Drop your package off with your chosen courier, following the instructions in your return authorisation email.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once received, we inspect your item to confirm it meets return conditions.
Refund: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Want a different size, colour, or item? No problem! Contact us for assistance. Please note: customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchange returns unless the issue was caused by our error.
